Data retention
We retain contact and account records for as long as you maintain a relationship with PlanetGPU or until you request deletion. Aggregated analytics data may be stored indefinitely for historical analysis. We review and update retention schedules annually.
Third-party services
PlanetGPU relies on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, analytics, and communication. Each vendor is required to meet industry security standards and only receives the minimum amount of data needed to provide their service. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.
Your choices
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@planetgpu.com.
- Disable cookies in your browser; essential services will continue to operate.
Childrens privacy
PlanetGPU is intended for business and research audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
Policy updates
We review this policy whenever we launch new features or integrations. Material changes will be announced on this page and, when appropriate, via email. Continued use of PlanetGPU after a revision becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
